Asunción Ontiveros Yulquila pertenece al pueblo indígena Kolla.
Fundador del Centro Kolla y Ex-presidente del Consejo Indio de Sud América (CISA). El es comunicador social, investigador del mundo andino y profesor universitario de la primera Universidad Intercultural del Estado de México (UIEM).
Participó a la Conferencia de 1981 en Ginebra como Delegado del Consejo Indio de Sud América (CISA).
En el marco de este proyecto, participó en el Simposio de 2015 y en el taller de Buenos Aires de 2016.

Founder of the Kolla Center and former President of the Indian Council of South America (CISA). He is a social communicator, researcher of the Andean world and university professor of the first intercultural University of the State of Mexico (UIEM).
He attended the 1981 Conference in Geneva as a Delegate for the The Indian Council of South America (CISA).
As part of this project, he participated in the 2015 Symposium and the 2016 Buenos Aires Workshop.
