She is a fourth-generation Indian activist born into a family that has been fighting generation after generation for Indian rights.

She has been a representative for the Indigenous Peoples in the international arena since 1977 when she came representing the Indigenous Indian Treaty Council (IITC) at the 1977 NGO Conference in Geneva and then at the 1981 NGO Conference in Geneva as the co-founder of the Indigenous World Association.

As part of this project, she participated in the 2013 Symposium.

Ella es una activista de cuarta generación nacida en una familia que ha estado luchando generación tras generación por los derechos de los Pueblos Indígenas.

Ha sido representante de los Pueblos Indígenas en el ámbito internacional desde 1977 cuando representó el Consejo Internacional de Tratados Indígenas (CITI) en la Conferencia de las ONG de 1977 en Ginebra y luego en la Conferencia de las ONG de 1981 en Ginebra como cofundadora de la Asociación Indígena Mundial.

En el marco de este proyecto, participó en el Simposio de 2013.
